With the win, Yreka improves its record to 14-11 on the season. The Miners travel to Anderson (Anderson, CA) to battle the Cubs in a Northern contest on Thursday, October 9. The Cubs enter the contest with a record of 10-19. Anderson lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against University Prep (Redding, CA)

Next, the Falcons battle the Lassen Grizzlies (Susanville, CA) in a Northern contest, on Thursday, October 9. Central Valley will attempt to improve on its 0-25 season record. The Grizzlies go into the battle with a 7-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to West Valley (Cottonwood, CA).
