In Tuesday's league match, the New Diana Eagles (Diana, TX) volleyball squad prevailed the visiting Chapel Hill Red Devils (Mount Pleasant, TX), by a final score of 3-0.

Next up, the Eagles confront the Jefferson Bulldogs (Jefferson, TX) in a 3A Region II District 13 match, on Friday, October 10. New Diana will attempt to advance on its 19-16 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 11-20 record after their 3-0 league loss to Harmony (Big Sandy, TX).

The Red Devils (17-12) will now prepare for their match against Daingerfield (Daingerfield, TX). The Tigers enter the 3A Region II District 13 match with a 0-12 record. In their last match, Daingerfield was dropped by Hughes Springs (Hughes Springs, TX), 3-0, in a league match.
