Texas High School Volleyball - Chester tips Richards

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Chester Yellowjackets volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Richards Panthers.

The Yellowjackets (24-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Leggett (Leggett, TX). The Pirates come into the 1A Region IV District 26 challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Leggett was nudged by Goodrich (Goodrich, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Goodrich Hornets (Goodrich, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 26 challenge, on Friday, October 10. Richards will attempt to upgrade on its 11-8 season record. The Hornets go into the test with a 7-13 record after their 3-0 league win over Leggett (Leggett, TX).
