In Tuesday's league match, the Pleasant Valley Vikings (Chico, CA) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Chico Panthers (Chico, CA), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Vikings battle the Red Bluff Spartans (Red Bluff, CA) in a Eastern match, on Wednesday, October 8. Pleasant Valley will attempt to move on its 14-8 season record. The Spartans enter the match with a 11-18 record after their 3-0 league loss to Foothill (Palo Cedro, CA).
