In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Choctaw Yellowjackets volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Putnam City Pirates.

The Yellowjackets (12-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Owasso (Owasso, OK). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 9-21 record. In their last challenge, Owasso was beaten by Jenks (Jenks, OK), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Pirates face the Edmond Santa Fe Wolves (Edmond, OK) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, October 14. Putnam City will attempt to improve on its 2-23 season record. The Wolves go into the test with a 19-14 record after their 3-1 league win over Southmoore (Moore, OK).
