Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Farmington Scorpions (Farmington, NM), 3-0 in a league test.

The Rams (8-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM). The Hawks come into the 5A District 1 challenge with a 9-5 record. In their last challenge, Volcano Vista beat Piedra Vista (Farmington, NM), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Scorpions play the Cleveland Storm (Rio Rancho, NM) in a 5A District 1 challenge, on Thursday, October 9. Farmington will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record. The Storm come into the challenge with a 8-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Cibola (Albuquerque, NM).
