The Ilwaco Fishermen volleyball squad (Ilwaco, WA), was defeated 3-1 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Forks Spartans (Forks, WA)
With the win, Forks improves its record to 5-3 on the season. The Spartans travel to North Beach (Ocean Shores, WA) to encounter the Hyaks in a 2B Pacific battle on Thursday, October 9. The Hyaks go into the test with a record of 6-4. North Beach lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Chief Leschi (Puyallup, WA)
The Fishermen now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Raymond/South Bend for a 2B Pacific challenge on Thursday, October 9. Ilwaco will meet a Ravens team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Morton/White Pass (Morton, WA). The Ravens record now stands at 6-3.
