Virginia High School Volleyball - Oakcrest overwhelmed by Fredericksburg Christian

The Fredericksburg Christian Eagles topped the host Oakcrest Chargers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Eagles confront the Trinity Christian Gryphons (Fairfax, VA) in a Virginia Christian Athletic game, on Thursday, October 9. Fredericksburg Christian will attempt to advance on its 18-1 season record. The Gryphons come into the outing with a 9-3 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Trinity at Meadow View (Falls Church, VA).

With the loss, Oakcrest drops to 1-11 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Chelsea Academy (Front Royal, VA) to play the Knights in a VISAA Division 3 outing on Wednesday, October 8. The Knights enter the game with a record of 10-5. Chelsea Academy won 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Immanuel Christian (Springfield, VA)
