The Goose Creek Gators volleyball squad (Goose Creek, SC), was defeated 3-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Lucy Beckham Bengals (Mt. Pleasant, SC)

With the win, Lucy Beckham improves its record to 19-5 on the season. The Bengals host Cane Bay (Summerville, SC) to play the Cobras in a AAAAA Region 7 challenge on Thursday, October 9. The Cobras go into the game with a record of 15-7. Cane Bay won 3-0 in their recent league game against Stratford (Goose Creek, SC)

The Gators (5-10) will now prepare for their game against Wando (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The Warriors go into the AAAAA Region 7 game with a 24-8 record. In their last game, Wando gained a win over Berkeley (Moncks Corner, SC), 3-0, in a league game.
