The Eagles now possess a 8-11 record. They play next when they host Owen County for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 9. Heritage Academy will clash with a Rebels team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Cornerstone Christian Academy (Shelbyville, KY). The Rebels record now stands at 12-11.

With the loss, Holmes drops to 1-21 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Ludlow (Ludlow, KY) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, October 8. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 9-19. Ludlow lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Dayton (Dayton, KY)
