Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Ironton Fighting Tigers (Ironton, OH) and the visiting Rock Hill Redmen (Ironton, OH), observed Ironton's volleyball team top Rock Hill by a count of 3-0.

The Fighting Tigers (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Chesapeake (Chesapeake, OH). The Panthers enter the Ohio Valley contest with a 16-5 record. In their last contest, Chesapeake was knocked off by Gallia Academy (Gallipolis, OH), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Redmen battle the Gallia Academy Blue Devils (Gallipolis, OH) in a Ohio Valley contest, on Thursday, October 9. Rock Hill will attempt to move on its 3-17 season record. The Blue Devils enter the contest with a 21-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Chesapeake (Chesapeake, OH).
