The Liberty Panthers topped the host Tarkington Longhorns volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Panthers confront the Hardin-Jefferson Hawks (Sour Lake, TX) in a 4A Region III District 19 game, on Friday, October 10. Liberty will attempt to advance on its 25-13 season record. The Hawks go into the game with a 26-11 record after their 3-0 league win over Shepherd (Shepherd, TX).

The Longhorns (12-26) will now prepare for their game against Shepherd (Shepherd, TX). The Pirates come into the 4A Region III District 19 outing with a 6-20 record. In their last outing, Shepherd was topped by Livingston (Livingston, TX), 3-0, in a league outing.
