The Mahar Regional Senators volleyball team (Orange, MA), was beaten 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the host Turners Falls Thunder (Montague, MA)

The Thunder (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Pioneer Valley Regional (Northfield, MA). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, Pioneer Valley Regional beat Granby (Granby, MA), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Senators now own a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greenfield for a non-league test on Thursday, October 9. Mahar Regional will encounter a Green Wave squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Mohawk Trail Regional (Buckland, MA). The Green Wave record now stands at 10-3.
