Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Woodland Beavers (Woodland, WA) and the visiting Mark Morris Monarchs (Longview, WA), observed Woodland's volleyball team overcome Mark Morris by a tally of 3-0.

The Beavers (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Hudson's Bay (Vancouver, WA). The Eagles enter the 2A Greater St. Helens challenge with a 0-12 record. In their last challenge, Hudson's Bay was beaten by R.A. Long (Longview, WA), 3-0, in a league test.

The Monarchs now own a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hockinson for a 2A Greater St. Helens test on Thursday, October 9. Mark Morris will face a Hawks squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Columbia River (Vancouver, WA). The Hawks record now stands at 2-8.
