In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Wakefield Country Day Owls volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Massanutten Military Academy Colonels.

The Owls (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Shenandoah Valley Academy (New Market, VA). The Stars go into the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Shenandoah Valley Academy went down by Mt. Carmel Christian Academy (Luray, VA), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Colonels now sport a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stuart Hall for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 15. Massanutten Military Academy will play a Dragons team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Tandem Friends (Charlottesville, VA). The Dragons record now stands at 1-7.
