Texas High School Volleyball - Sherman overwhelmed by McKinney North

October 7, 2025: McKinney, TX 75071

McKinney North Bulldogs (McKinney, TX) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Sherman Bearcats (Sherman, TX), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs (28-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Anna (Anna, TX). The Coyotes come into the 5A Region II District 9 challenge with a 19-19 record. In their last challenge, Anna lost by Lovejoy (Lucas, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bearcats play the Melissa Cardinals (Melissa, TX) in a 5A Region II District 9 game, on Friday, October 10. Sherman will attempt to advance on its 17-16 season record. The Cardinals go into the game with a 18-15 record after their 3-0 league win over Greenville (Greenville, TX).
