In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Minnewaska Area Lakers volleyball squad scored a tight 3-2 win over the Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tigers.
Next up, the Lakers face the West Central Area Knights (Barrett, MN) in a West Central game, on Tuesday, October 14. Minnewaska Area will attempt to advance on its 20-0 season record.
The Tigers (9-7) will now prepare for their game against West Central Area (Barrett, MN). The Knights go into the non-league game with a 10-9 record. In their last game, West Central Area was edged by Melrose (Melrose, MN), 3-0, in a league game.
