California High School Volleyball - San Lorenzo Valley over Mt. Madonna

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host San Lorenzo Valley Cougars volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Mt. Madonna Hawks.
The Cougars (1-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Santa Cruz (Santa Cruz, CA). The Cardinals go into the Santa Cruz Coast test with a 11-7 record. In their last test, Santa Cruz gained a win over Leigh (San Jose, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
The Hawks now sport a 4-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harbor for a Santa Cruz Coast test on Thursday, October 9. Mt. Madonna will play a Pirates team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Scotts Valley (Scotts Valley, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 13-9.
