California High School Volleyball - Trinity can't hold off Mt. Shasta

October 7, 2025: Mt. Shasta, CA 96067

In Tuesday's league match, the Mt. Shasta Bears (Mt. Shasta, CA) volleyball team held off the visiting Trinity Wolves (Weaverville, CA), by a margin of 3-2.

The Bears now possess a 14-5 record. They play next when they travel to Fall River for a Shasta Cascade bout on Thursday, October 9. Mt. Shasta will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Etna (Etna, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-15.

With the loss, Trinity drops to 14-11 on the campaign. The Wolves host Weed (Weed, CA) to battle the Cougars in a Shasta Cascade match on Thursday, October 9. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 16-9. Weed lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Modoc (Alturas, CA)
