In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Howard Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the North Edgecombe Warriors.

The Eagles (4-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Wilson Prep (Wilson, NC). The Tigers enter the Eastern Carolina challenge with a 8-0 record. In their last challenge, Wilson Prep achieved victory over Rocky Mount Prep (Rocky Mount, NC), 3-0, in a league test.

The Warriors now own a 0-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North East Carolina Prep for a Eastern Carolina test on Wednesday, October 8. North Edgecombe will face a Huskies squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Washington County (Plymouth, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 8-7.
