With the win, Northeastern improves its record to 17-6 on the season. The Knights travel to Cambridge City Lincoln (Cambridge City, IN) to encounter the Golden Eagles in a Tri-Eastern battle on Thursday, October 9. The Golden Eagles go into the battle with a record of 3-20. Cambridge City Lincoln lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against Centerville (Centerville, IN)

The Titans now own a 9-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Winchester Community for a Tri-Eastern contest on Thursday, October 9. Tri will battle a Golden Falcons team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Wapahani (Selma, IN). The Golden Falcons record now stands at 25-5.
