The University Prep Pumas were victorious over the host Overlake Owls volleyball team by a margin of 3-1 in Tuesday's league outing.
The Pumas now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bush for a 1A Emerald Sound outing on Thursday, October 9. University Prep will play a Blazers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to King's (Seattle, WA). The Blazers record now stands at 4-6.
With the loss, Overlake drops to 5-5 on the campaign. The Owls host South Whidbey (Langley, WA) to play the Falcons in a 1A Emerald Sound game on Thursday, October 9. The Falcons enter the game with a record of 3-8. South Whidbey won 3-0 in their recent league game against Northwest (Seattle, WA)
