The York Cougars prevailed the visiting Richland Northeast Cavaliers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.
The Cougars now possess a 18-4 record. They play next when they host A.C. Flora for a AAAA Region 3 outing on Thursday, October 9. York will play a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Dreher (Columbia, SC). The Falcons record now stands at 11-9.
With the loss, Richland Northeast drops to 2-12 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to South Pointe (Rock Hill, SC) to confront the Stallions in a AAAA Region 3 match on Tuesday, October 14. The Stallions enter the match with a record of 2-7.
