Roosevelt Rough Riders (Fresno, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Sunnyside Wildcats (Fresno, CA), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Rough Riders (20-9) will now prepare for their challenge against McLane (Fresno, CA). The Highlanders come into the CMAC/NYL challenge with a 13-18 record. In their last challenge, McLane was beaten by Torres (Madera, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Fresno Warriors (Fresno, CA) in a CMAC/NYL challenge, on Thursday, October 9. Sunnyside will attempt to advance on its 6-18 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 7-19 record after their 3-2 league loss to Madera South (Madera, CA).
