With the win, Santiam advances its record to 12-3 on the season. The Wolverines host Kennedy (Mt. Angel, OR) to face the Trojans in a 2A Tri-River test on Thursday, October 9. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 8-9. Kennedy lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Delphian (Sheridan, OR)

Next, the Pioneers play the Gervais Cougars (Gervais, OR) in a 2A Tri-River challenge, on Thursday, October 9. Western Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Colton (Colton, OR).
