The Washington County Bulldogs football team (Chatom, AL), was beaten 44-13 in Friday's league challenge with the host Orange Beach (Orange Beach, AL)

The (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Blacksher (Uriah, AL). The Bulldogs come into the 2A Region 1 challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Blacksher was beaten by Clarke County (Grove Hill, AL), 54-8, in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now sport a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they host Greene County for a 2A Region 1 challenge on Friday, October 15. Washington County will meet a Tigers team coming off a 31-0 league loss to St. Luke's Episcopal (Mobile, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 1-6.
