The Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets (Lakeside, AZ) volleyball overcame the visiting Payson Longhorns (Payson, AZ), 2-0 in Saturday's league outing.

With the win, Blue Ridge betters its record to 26-5 on the year. The Yellow Jackets travel to Arizona Lutheran Academy (Phoenix, AZ) to face the Coyotes in a non-league outing on Saturday, October 8. The Coyotes go into the outing with a record of 16-12. Arizona Lutheran Academy won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against American Leadership Academy - Ironwood (Ironwood, AZ)
