Texas High School Volleyball - Grulla over La Feria

The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Grulla Gators (Rio Grande City, TX) and the visiting La Feria Lions (La Feria, TX), saw Grulla's volleyball squad beat La Feria by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Grulla upgrades its record to 14-14 on the year. The Gators travel to Harmony School of Innovation (Brownsville, TX) to play the Wildcats in a 4A Region IV District 32 bout on Tuesday, October 11. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-4.

The Lions now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Hidalgo for a 4A Region IV District 32 bout on Tuesday, October 11. La Feria will play a Pirates squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Grulla (Rio Grande City, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 4-11.
