The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Ipswich Tigers (Ipswich, SD) and the host Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] Battlers (Gettysburg, SD), saw Ipswich's volleyball squad beat Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Ipswich upgrades its record to 13-11 on the year. The Tigers host Mobridge-Pollock (Mobridge, SD) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, October 10. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 20-2. Mobridge-Pollock won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Groton (Groton, SD)

The Battlers now own a 10-15 record. They play next when they travel to Cheyenne-Eagle Butte for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 11. Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] will play a Braves squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Stanley County (Fort Pierre, SD). The Braves record now stands at 4-11.
