Wyoming High School Volleyball - Wheatland over Newcastle

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Wheatland Bulldogs (Wheatland, WY) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Newcastle Dogies (Newcastle, WY), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Bulldogs face the Douglas Bearcats (Douglas, WY) in a 3A Southeast contest, on Thursday, October 13. Wheatland will attempt to better on its 18-7 season record. The Bearcats go into the contest with a 18-12 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Glenrock (Glenrock, WY).

With the loss, Newcastle moves to 14-11 on the year. The Dogies host Upton (Upton, WY) to face the Bobcats in a non-league contest on Thursday, October 13. The Bobcats go into the contest with a record of 4-11. Upton lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Southeast (Yoder, WY)
