Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Perkiomen Valley Vikings (Collegeville, PA) and the visiting Methacton Warriors (Norristown, PA), saw Perkiomen Valley's soccer squad knock off Methacton by a count of 2-0.

The Vikings (14-3) will now prepare for their battle against Boyertown (Boyertown, PA). The Bears enter the Pioneer battle with a 7-10 record. In their last battle, Boyertown by Spring-Ford (Royersford, PA), 2-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Warriors battle the Upper Perkiomen Indians (Pennsburg, PA) in a Pioneer battle, on Thursday, October 10. Methacton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 3-9 record after their 3-2 league loss to Owen J. Roberts (Pottstown, PA).
