Washington Patriots (Charles Town, WV) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Musselman Applemen (Inwood, WV), 10-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Washington moves its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Martinsburg (Martinsburg, WV) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Eastern Panhandle test on Tuesday, October 15. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 1-11.

The Applemen now sport a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Preston for a non-league test on Saturday, October 12. Musselman will clash with a Knights team coming off a 0-0 league Philip Barbour (Philippi, WV). The Knights record now stands at 4-9.
