In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Terryville Kangaroos soccer squad scored a tight 6-2 win over the Northwestern Regional Highlanders.

The Kangaroos (8-4) will now prepare for their outing against Housatonic (Falls Village, CT). The Mountaineers enter the Berkshire outing with a 10-0 record. In their last outing, Housatonic tipped Shepaug Valley (Washington, CT), 7-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Highlanders confront the Nonnewaug Chiefs (Woodbury, CT) in a Berkshire outing, on Thursday, October 10. Northwestern Regional will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Chiefs enter the outing with a 7-6 record after their 2-1 league win over Thomaston (Thomaston, CT).
