In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Burlingame Panthers.

The FIGHTING KNIGHTS (9-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Aragon (San Mateo, CA). The Dons come into the challenge with a 13-7 record. In their last challenge, Aragon edged Woodside (Woodside, CA), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Panthers play the Carlmont Scots (Belmont, CA) in a challenge, on Thursday, October 10. Burlingame will attempt to upgrade on its 11-9 season record. The Scots come into the challenge with a 14-6 record after their 2-0 league win over San Mateo (San Mateo, CA).
