In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Rancho Cucamonga Cougars volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Los Osos Grizzlies.

The Cougars (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Etiwanda (Etiwanda, CA). The Eagles come into the challenge with a 7-6 record. In their last challenge, Etiwanda was nudged by Chino Hills (Chino Hills, CA), 2-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Grizzlies play the Upland Highlanders/Scots (Upland, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, October 9. Los Osos will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Highlanders/Scots come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 2-0 league win over St. Lucy's (Glendora, CA).
