The Pioneers now hold a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Four Rivers for a 3A/2A/1A-SD6 Special District 6 bout on Friday, October 11. McLoughlin will play a Falcons squad coming off a 2-2 league Nyssa (Nyssa, OR). The Falcons record now stands at 0-8.

With the loss, Umatilla moves to 4-5 on the year. The Vikings travel to Pendleton (Pendleton, OR) to play the Buckaroos in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 10. The Buckaroos go into the bout with a record of 0-7.
