In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Animo Venice Pirates volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Alliance Health Services Academy Wolves.

The Pirates (12-3) will now prepare for their challenge against TEACH Tech Charter (Los Angeles, CA). The Rams come into the challenge with a 3-10 record. In their last challenge, TEACH Tech Charter lost by Magnolia Science Academy Carson (Carson, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Wolves play the Burton Scorpions (Los Angeles, CA) in a Ocean challenge, on Wednesday, October 9. Alliance Health Services Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Scorpions come into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Animo Venice (Los Angeles, CA).
