The Berean Academy Warriors edged the host Sterling Black Bears volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Warriors confront the Trinity Celtics (Hutchinson, KS) in a Heart of America game, on Tuesday, October 8. Berean Academy will attempt to advance on its 13-15 season record. The Celtics go into the game with a 10-13 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Central Christian (Hutchinson, KS).

The Black Bears (13-17) will now prepare for their game against Marion (Marion, KS). The Warriors go into the Heart of America game with a 14-13 record. In their last game, Marion was edged by Wichita HomeSchool (Wichita, KS), 2-0, in a non-league game.
