North Carolina High School Volleyball - Mountain Island Charter tips Bradford Prep

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Mountain Island Charter Raptors volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Bradford Prep Bears.

The Raptors (7-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC). The Eagles come into the Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A challenge with a 9-12 record. In their last challenge, Lincoln Charter was nudged by Christ the King (Huntersville, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bears meet the Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC) in a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A challenge, on Thursday, October 10. Bradford Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 6-12 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 6-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC).
