Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Bremen Braves (Midlothian, IL) and the visiting Hillcrest Hawks (Country Club Hills, IL), observed Bremen's volleyball team top Hillcrest by a count of 2-0.

The Braves (9-15) will now prepare for their contest against Lemont (Lemont, IL). The Lemont HS enter the South Suburban contest with a 20-5 record.

Next, the Hawks battle the Thornton Fractional North Meteors (Calumet City, IL) in a South Suburban contest, on Tuesday, October 15. Hillcrest will attempt to move on its 3-12 season record. The Meteors enter the contest with a 11-15 record after their 2-0 league loss to Shepard (Palos Heights, IL).
