The Southampton Indians volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Brunswick Bulldogs to 0 in the Indians league triumph on Tuesday.

The Indians (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Sussex Central (Sussex, VA). The Tigers come into the Tri-Rivers challenge with a 1-9 record. In their last challenge, Sussex Central was beaten by Greensville County (Emporia, VA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Greensville County Eagles (Emporia, VA) in a Tri-Rivers challenge, on Thursday, October 10. Brunswick will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Sussex Central (Sussex, VA).
