The Childress Bobcats volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Tulia Hornets to 0 in the Bobcats league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bobcats now have a 14-12 record. They play next when they travel to Littlefield for a 3A Region I District 2 outing on Saturday, October 12. Childress will play a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 league win over Tulia (Tulia, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-11.

With the loss, Tulia drops to 10-17 on the campaign. The Hornets host Idalou (Idalou, TX) to play the Wildcats in a 3A Region I District 2 outing on Saturday, October 12. The Wildcats come into the outing with a record of 20-14. Idalou lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against Shallowater (Shallowater, TX)
