The Holy Names Monarchs edged the host Contra Costa Christian Cougars volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league game.
Next up, the Monarchs face the Summit Tamalpais Timberwolves (Richmond, CA) in a game, on Thursday, October 10. Holy Names will attempt to advance on its 7-4 season record. The Timberwolves go into the game with a 2-5 record after their 0-0 non-league Oakland Military Institute (Oakland, CA).
