In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Elizabethton Fighting Cyclones volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Sullivan East Patriots.

The Fighting Cyclones (19-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Greeneville (Greeneville, TN). The Greene Devils enter the AA District 1 challenge with a 10-13 record. In their last challenge, Greeneville beat Johnson County (Mountain City, TN), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Patriots meet the Elizabethton Fighting Cyclones (Elizabethton, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 9. Sullivan East will attempt to upgrade on its 1-22 season record. The Fighting Cyclones enter the challenge with a 19-7 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Sullivan East (Bluff City, TN).
