In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Forsan Buffaloes volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Sterling City Eagles.

The Buffaloes (20-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Reagan County (Big Lake, TX). The Owls enter the 2A Region I District 4 challenge with a 11-18 record. In their last challenge, Reagan County beat Christoval (Christoval, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Ballinger Bearcats (Ballinger, TX) in a 2A Region I District 4 challenge, on Saturday, October 12. Sterling City will attempt to upgrade on its 9-13 season record. The Bearcats enter the challenge with a 11-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Miles (Miles, TX).
