In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Katella Knights volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Godinez Fundamental Grizzlies.

The Knights (14-18) will now prepare for their challenge against Santa Ana (Santa Ana, CA). The Saints enter the Orange Coast challenge with a 11-17 record. In their last challenge, Santa Ana got by Saddleback (Santa Ana, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Grizzlies meet the Garden Grove Argonauts (Garden Grove, CA) in a Orange Coast challenge, on Thursday, October 10. Godinez Fundamental will attempt to upgrade on its 16-11 season record. The Argonauts enter the challenge with a 12-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to Buena Park (Buena Park, CA).
