Colorado High School Volleyball - Montrose over Grand Junction Central

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Montrose Red Hawks volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Grand Junction Central Warriors.

The Red Hawks (11-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Palisade (Palisade, CO). The Bulldogs enter the 4A/5A Southwestern challenge with a 12-2 record. In their last challenge, Palisade beat Durango (Durango, CO), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the Coal Ridge Titans (New Castle, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 12. Grand Junction Central will attempt to upgrade on its 2-13 season record. The Titans enter the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 3-1 league loss to Basalt (Basalt, CO).
