The Golden Panthers (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Wayne Hills (Wayne, NJ). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, Wayne Hills was beaten by West Milford (West Milford, NJ), 2-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Morris Hills Knights (Rockaway, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, October 9. High Point will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Knights enter the contest with a 6-8 record after their 2-1 league win over Pope John XXIII (Sparta, NJ).
