California High School Volleyball - Hughson edged by Ripon Christian

The Hughson Huskies volleyball squad (Hughson, CA), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Ripon Christian Knights (Ripon, CA)

With the win, Ripon Christian improves its record to 11-12 on the season. The Knights travel to Manteca (Manteca, CA) to encounter the Buffaloes in a non-league battle on Monday, October 14. The Buffaloes go into the battle with a record of 12-9. Manteca lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against Central Catholic (Modesto, CA)

The Huskies now own a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Escalon for a Trans Valley League battle on Thursday, October 10. Hughson will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Hilmar (Hilmar, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 9-10.
