The Wolfe County Wolves volleyball squad (Campton, KY), was defeated 3-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Jackson City Tigers (Jackson, KY)

With the win, Jackson City improves its record to 4-5 on the season. The Tigers travel to Oneida Baptist Institute (Oneida, KY) to encounter the Mountaineers in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 10. The Mountaineers go into the battle with a record of 6-4. Oneida Baptist Institute won 3-1 in their recent league battle against Clay County (Manchester, KY)

The Wolves now own a 4-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Knott County Central for a non-league battle on Wednesday, October 9. Wolfe County will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Letcher County Central (Whitesburg, KY). The Patriots record now stands at 18-6.
